Due to Etsy API limitations, they do not provide us with updated data that we can sync automatically. To sync these new updates, we need to do it manually by clicking the “Sync Etsy Products” button on the Etsy Products page of our app. This will fetch all the latest updates made within our application.
How to Fix Etsy Products Not Syncing? #
As mentioned, if newly added Etsy products don’t sync to the app, you’ll need to Manually Sync Products.
- Go to the Etsy products page in our application and click on the “Sync Etsy Products” button located in the top right corner, as shown in the screenshot below.
- This will fetch your newly added products and updates made on Etsy to our application.
If the products still do not appear after manual sync, contact support for further assistance.
