How to Create and Use a Fixed Shipping Profile on Etsy?

If you want to offer flat-rate shipping for your Etsy listings, you can easily create a Fixed Shipping Profile on Etsy and use it during product uploads via our application.

Follow the steps below to set it up #

Step 1: Create a Fixed Shipping Profile in Etsy #

  1. Log in to your Etsy store.

  2. From the top-right corner, go to the Shop Manager:

  1. Under Settings, choose Shipping Settings.

  1. If You Don’t Have a Shipping Profile Yet:Click the “Create Profile” button.

  2. Click on “Shipping Prices”.

  3. Select “I’ll enter fixed prices manually.”

  2. At the bottom, name your shipping profile (e.g., Free Shipping USA or Flat Rate International). You can name anything as per your convinience:

Step 2: Sync the Shipping Profile with Our Application #

Once you have created the fixed shipping profile in Etsy, you need to sync it with our app to make it available for product uploads.

  • Go to the Settings page in our app.
  • Locate the Shipping Profiles section.
  • On the right-hand side, click the button: “Fetch Shipping Profiles”.
  • The newly created Etsy shipping profile will now be fetched into our app and available for use.

Step 3: Make the shipping profile the default for future product uploads (Optional) #

Once you have fetched the shipping profiles, the newly added shipping profiles will show in this section.

Once you select the make default setting, any new profiles that you create will use the selected shipping profile by default.

Step 4: Use the Fixed Shipping Profile During Product Upload #

When uploading a product from Shopify to Etsy using our application:

  • You will now see the synced fixed shipping profile in the shipping profile dropdown
  • Select the appropriate profile before uploading

This ensures that your preferred shipping rates are applied to Etsy listings.
