We use your personal data to provide and improve the service. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy. What information do we collect?

When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms refer you to, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “device information.” The personally identifiable personal information is only referred to as personal information in this privacy policy.       For some specific products, we collect the product data of your e-commerce site to provide you with the product feed of your business in the specified format as required by the merchant of your choice.

        Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “order information.” Occasionally, we may ask you to fill in an optional customer survey questionnaire, which would include information to help us provide you with useful information tailored to your business. We may also receive your personal information through our affiliate program, which we will use as mentioned in this privacy policy and EULA unless you want to use your right to be forgotten. Following the GDPR guideline for “privacy by design”, we have implemented secure socket layers when you visit our websites.

        3. Business information

        The business information we collect is related to the e-commerce site and products you offer to the general public. Apart from that, we also consider the business emails that you associate with these emails as business emails.

        When we refer to “personal information” in this privacy policy, we are referring to device information, order information, and business information.

        How do we use your personal information?

        We generally use the order information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this order information to:

        We use Facebook pixel to understand and make our marketing efforts more efficient.         We use Hotjar and similar visitor-tracking software to collect data about your activity on our site. These assist us by providing data for a better end-user experience, diagnosing technical problems, and analyzing user trends. If you do not want us to collect such information about you, please visit the Hotjar opt-out page: https://www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out or enable do not track (DNT) on your browser.

        We may occasionally use third-party applications to communicate with you via email. For this, we will need to share your data with email service providers such as Mailchimp and Active Campaigns. However, we respect your rights by providing a link to unsubscribe through these informational or marketing emails.

        Transfer of your data as our main service

        When you use our cloud service, we share your business information as the main service we provide. This is only done after you initiate sharing your product information with your selected merchants. For some of the merchants that auto-sync from the feed URL, you can control sharing activity through our cloud platform.

        When you use our services to send your business data to marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy, your data from Shopify is transferred to our cloud system using secure HTTPS and TLS v1.2. When transferring your data from our cloud service to Amazon, we use AWS-provided encryption to keep your data secure.

        While using our cloud service, you can download your business data as per data portability for GDPR compliance. You can also request that we delete your business data to execute your right to be forgotten.

        When you use our software product except for the cloud service (plugins, extensions, components, and modules) to create a product feed for your site, your business data is not shared with us and is on your own server. So, sharing the business data that you create using our products will be your responsibility.

        Finally, we may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, search warrants, or other lawful requests for information we receive or to otherwise protect our rights.

        Behavioral advertising

        The choice to opt-in / opt-out

        We want our information to reach those who really care about it. At any time, you can opt out of our services by removing the software or app and delete or change any information you provided earlier.

        Retention & Security of information

        When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Similarly, if you use our cloud service to connect your e-commerce store, we will also retain your business information till the time we find it appropriate to delete, it or you explicitly request us to delete the data. As per the data collected through third-party sites, we will adhere to GDPR compliance as per the terms and policies followed by those third parties. Digital product labs are encrypted with industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) connections to help protect user information from interception.
