Eligibility for Refunds
- Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial on our apps, allowing you to evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription. No charges apply during the trial period, and no refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscription Refunds: Refunds are eligible only within the first 14 days of a paid subscription.
If a refund is granted, it will cover a maximum of one month of service fees. After this 14-day period, refunds are no longer eligible.

Refund Processing

Scenarios Where Refunds Would Be Granted
- Technical Issues: If you encounter persistent technical issues preventing effective use of our app despite multiple support attempts to resolve them. For example, software crashes or fails to load, significantly impacting your workflow.
- Billing Error: If you were incorrectly billed due to an error on our part, such as being charged twice in a billing cycle or after canceling your subscription.
- Misrepresentation of Features: If a feature or capability of the app was misrepresented on our website or during the sales process, and the product does not perform as advertised.
Scenarios Where Refunds Would Not Be Granted
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you decide you no longer need the app after the 14-day eligibility period, or if you find a different product you prefer.
