Yes. DPL supports two-way product and inventory syncing between Shopify and Square, as well as Square order flow into Shopify, customer synchronization for new records, and Square gift card support.

How does inventory sync work across multiple locations?

Only the Shopify and Square locations connected inside the app participate in sync. The app also distinguishes connected inventory from total inventory, helping avoid confusion when stores operate multiple locations.

What happens if products already exist on both platforms?

If products match by title or SKU, the app can automatically link them. Linked inventory views then help you verify what is connected and how stock is represented across platforms.

Can Square orders sync into Shopify?

Yes. Once order fetch is enabled, eligible Square orders are pulled into Shopify automatically every 3 minutes. Completed orders can be auto-fulfilled in Shopify, and fulfillment status can stay aligned across both systems.

Can I control which platform drives product data?

Yes. You can choose Shopify or Square as the primary source for product updates, then decide whether to sync title, description, price, and images.

Can I sync Square gift cards with Shopify?

Yes. Square gift cards can sync through the app, support redemption in Shopify and Square POS, and reflect the remaining balance after use, including partial redemption.
