Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, we can access your data from your Shopify account and collect your product information from your Square store to link it to your Shopify store.
The API used to collect the data are as follows:
STORE API: Store API collects the data of your store information like Name, Address, Currency, etc.
PRODUCT API: Product API creates product information like images, titles, meta tags, SKUs, Variations, stock information, etc.
The information collected using third-party technology and applications such as web beacons may not be personally identifiable, so that data is not included when referring to personal information; however, we will accept and rely on their compliance with the GDPR.
Transfer of Your Data as Our Main Service
We share our product information as our main service when you use our app. The sharing is only done after you initiate sharing your product information from Square to Shopify. Our app imports the Square products listing using Square listing API and generates the products into the Shopify store using Shopify product API.
When you use our services to send your product data from Square to Shopify, your data from Square is transferred to our cloud system using secure APIs provided by Square.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use the information we collect to provide Service and operate the App. Additionally, we use this information to
● Generate and link your Square products in Shopify.
● Communicate with you.
● Look out for frauds and supports you in proceeding with the Integration.
● Send you relevant advertising and business promotions, adhering to your preferences.
● Qualify users of our app to provide support and updates.
● Optimize and improve our app and services.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

The Company may disclose Your Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

We may use Hotjar and similar visitor tracking software to collect your activity on our app. These assist us by providing data for a better end-user experience, as well as assisting us in diagnosing technical problems and help to analyze user trends. As described above, we use your personal information to provide targeted advertisements or marketing communications that may interest you. The choice to opt-in / opt-out

Retention & Security of information
When you use our service to connect your e-commerce stores, we will retain your information until we find it appropriate to delete it or you explicitly request us to delete the data.
